¿Qué es una habitación económica?

Se trata de una habitación ubicada en la planta cero del hotel, junto a la recepción y a la entrada principal. Al tratarse de una de las zonas de mayor tránsito del hotel, estas habitaciones tienen un precio más económico. Cuentan con cama de matrimonio y baño privado con ducha.
También disponemos de habitaciones con cama de matrimonio en las plantas superiores. En el caso de que quieras modificar tu reserva, puedes hacerlo con un coste adicional de 10€ por noche (sujeto a disponibilidad). Te recomendamos que nos envíes un mail a info@hotelgranadacentro.com lo antes posible para solicitar el cambio.

¿A qué hora puedo llegar al hotel?

La entrada al hotel es a partir de las 14:00h, sin límite de hora de llegada. Si vienes antes de la hora de check-in podrás dejar tu equipaje en consigna mientras preparamos la habitación. En cualquier caso, te recomendamos que nos informes sobre tu hora de llegada y haremos lo posible por ajustarnos a tus necesidades.

¿Puedo llegar antes de la hora de check-in al hotel?

La entrada a la habitación se realiza a partir de las 14:00h. En el caso de que llegues antes, no podemos garantizar que tu habitación esté disponible, ya que dependemos de la hora de salida del anterior cliente.
No obstante, si la habitación está preparada podrás acceder a ella sin problema. En caso contrario, podrás dejar tus maletas en nuestra consigna hasta que la habitación esté preparada.

¿Cómo puedo hacer la reserva de 4 o más habitaciones y qué condiciones hay?

En este caso se cobrará la estancia completa 1 mes antes de la fecha de entrada a través de un link de pago. Se podrá cancelar sin gastos hasta 1 mes antes de la llegada.

¿Puedo ir con mi mascota al hotel?¿Cuánto es el suplemento?

Las únicas mascotas permitidas son perros y gatos con un suplemento de 15€/día, en caso de ser una reserva directa el precio será de 7€/día. No se puede alojar más de una mascota por habitación y el peso no debe exceder de los 20 kg por política del hotel para así poder garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de los huéspedes.
