How to get here
Right in the centre of Granada, fifty metres from Gran Vía and a few minutes’ walk from the city’s main sights.
Here are the directions to reach the hotel without any surprises.
By car
Access to the centre of Granada is regulated, but don’t worry: with this information you’ll reach the hotel door without any problems.
Two, and both are enforced by number-plate recognition cameras.
- Historic centrePrivate traffic is restricted. Gran Vía de Colón, the street next to the hotel, is part of this area. Don’t worry: you can reach the hotel door without using any restricted streets, simply by following our directions.
- Low Emission ZoneThe whole centre is a Low Emission Zone. Vehicles with a Spanish DGT environmental label (B, C, ECO or Zero) can enter normally; vehicles without one have restricted access, mainly diesel cars registered before 2006 and petrol cars registered before 2001. We recommend checking your vehicle’s label before you set off: it takes a minute and we explain how just below.
By its environmental label, the sticker usually placed in the corner of the windscreen. If you don’t have it on, you can check it by number plate on the DGT website. Vehicles registered outside Spain should contact us before travelling.
You can drive to the hotel door
We recommend following our access routes and planning your trip in advance, as some sat-navs may send you through restricted streets. We have recorded the route from each entrance to the city.

You can park in one of the car parks authorised by the City Council. The closest to the hotel is Parking Triunfo, and our agreement with them lets you park there for the same price as our own car park.
We recommend driving straight there: the car park itself automatically reports your number plate to the City Council, so you avoid a fine as long as you stay more than one hour.
Once you have parked, come to reception to ask for your ticket. It is important that you do: the car park rate at the pay desk is higher, and with our ticket you will pay the same price as in our own car park.

Of course, we’ve thought of everything for your comfort. Right opposite the entrance there is a private loading bay where you can stop for ten minutes to unload your luggage.
To use our car park, you first need to check in at reception, where we’ll give you the access key. Then you can drive into the car park, located in the building just behind the hotel.
Reception is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and you can also use the car park at any time, subject to availability. Whatever time you arrive, we’ll be there.

- Price
- The standard rate is €18 per day. If you book your room directly with us, you get a reduced rate of €15 per day.
- Hours
- From 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon.
- Booking a space
- Spaces cannot be booked: they are first come, first served, unless you book your room directly with us.
- Maximum height
- 1.90 m, including roof box or roof rack.
- Access
- You first need to check in at reception, where we’ll give you the access key.
- Key deposit
- €10, refunded when you return the key.
- Late departure
- For a €5 supplement your car can stay until 5:00 pm. Just let reception know before 12:00 noon.
By train
From the Renfe train station you have two options, and both are short.
A 12-minute walk
It’s the easiest way to get here: a twelve-minute walk on flat streets from the Renfe station to Calle Navarrete, 7.
Lines 4, N1 or N3
Get off at Avenida de la Constitución, opposite the Jardines del Triunfo. From there it’s about a 150-metre walk to the hotel at Calle Navarrete, 7.
If you’d rather not walk, there is a taxi rank at the station and the ride is very short. Station information.
By bus
From Granada bus station, 2.5 km away.
- The city bus stop is right outside the station.
- Take line 21 or 33.
- Get off at the Avenida de la Constitución, 7 stop.
- From there, walk about 150 metres to the hotel at Calle Navarrete, 7.
If you’d rather not wait, there is a taxi rank at the station. City bus lines and timetables change from time to time: you can check them on the Granada city transport website.
From the airport
Federico García Lorca Airport. There are two ways to reach our hotel.
About 15 km away
There is a taxi rank at the terminal. Approximately €30 to €35.
Alsa bus company
Get off at the Avenida de la Constitución, 7 stop, right opposite the Jardines del Triunfo, about 150 metres from the hotel at Calle Navarrete, 7.
The journey takes about 45 minutes and a ticket costs around €3. Timetables are coordinated with flights, but buses are not very frequent: we recommend checking the timetable for your arrival day.
