Welcome to Hotel Granada Centro

The Management extends a warm welcome and sincerely thanks you for your trust and choice. We remain at your entire disposal to answer any questions or attend to your requests.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please keep in mind the following information and house rules:

Registration, Departures, and Payments

  • Check-in & ID: All guests must present their identification upon registration. The room will be available from 2:00 PM.
  • Payment: Payment for the stay is made upon arrival. Filing a complaint does not exempt the guest from payment. The hotel may request a guarantee (credit card or cash) to cover both the total reservation cost and potential extras.
  • Check-out: The room must be vacated by 12:00 PM. The hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount if the room is not vacated by the stipulated time. If you wish to leave later, please check availability at reception in advance.
  • Occupancy: Single rooms are for one person only. If occupied by two people, the double room rate must be paid.

House Rules & Conduct

  • Rest & Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM, we ask that you respect the sleep of other guests by avoiding noise in the hallways and keeping television volume moderate.
  • Smoking: By law, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Non-compliance with this rule will result in a €100 charge to your card for special cleaning costs.
  • Admission & Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse admission or entry to persons who have not paid for their stay, display violent behavior, carry weapons, lack minimum hygiene standards, or show signs of intoxication or drug use.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs accompanying their owners.
  • Aesthetics: Hanging clothes on balconies is not permitted.
  • Elevators: For safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Housekeeping Service

  • Preference: If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please notify reception or place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
  • Facilitating Service: For a complete cleaning, we kindly ask that you tidy up your personal belongings. Our staff is not authorized to move or touch personal items.
  • Linen: We appreciate a responsible use of towels and bed linen.

Security & Liability

  • Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, or items left in the rooms. A safe is available at reception if needed.
  • Damages: The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for any damage, breakage, or missing items (both in the room and hotel facilities). By signing this document, you authorize such charges to your card if necessary.
  • Parking: This service is exclusive for guests (subject to payment and availability). The hotel is not responsible for damage, theft, or robbery involving vehicles or objects left inside them.

Safety Tips & Suggestions

  • Keep your luggage watched and always lock your room door securely when entering or leaving.
  • For your safety, do not reveal your room number to strangers.
  • If you lose your key, request a new one at reception (it will only be given to the registered guest).
  • Do not allow repair staff into your room unless you requested them or authorized by the hotel.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to reception.
